I'm Clare Crossley, an experienced Line Producer and Production Manager with over 20 years' experience delivering television, live events and creative projects across the UK and internationally.
Starting my career as a graphic and multimedia designer before moving into production management has given me a unique understanding of both the creative and operational sides of production. I've managed budgets, logistics, worldwide travel, crews and complex productions from development through to delivery.
I founded The Production Desk to provide flexible production management, logistics and project support to production companies, agencies and creative businesses, offering experienced, reliable support whenever and wherever it's needed.
